In another effort to further increase safety at Palm Beach International Raceway, the facility has received and is currently installing 1,060 ft. of softer barriers. The walls are primarily for the safety at the motorcycle events hosted on PBIR’s two-mile, 11-turn road course.

Motorcycle Open Test Day Saturday |

Palm Beach International Raceway will be hosting an open test day this Saturday, May 29 for motorcycle racers.
Riders will be split into three different levels based on previous riding experience. The first level, novice, is for beginner racers only. Control riders will be on track during that time as well, to assist the novice riders and teach them fundamentals.

The Florida region of the Sports Car Club of America (SCCA) filled the road course paddock area over the weekend as competitors from all over Florida competed on Palm Beach International Raceway’s 2-mile, 11-turn road course.

The Florida Region of the SCCA (Sports Car Club of America) returns to Palm Beach International Raceway’s two-mile, 11 turn road course in Jupiter, Fla. this weekend.
The SCCA had a successful event at PBIR in March, with over 100 competitors.

PBIR represented in Gumball 3000 Rally |

Palm Beach International Raceway partners and Palm Beach Driving Club members Gil Dezer, Michael Dezer and Joe Lubeck are currently participating in the Gumball 3000 rally.
The Gumball 3000 is a 3,000 mile international road rally on public roads with stops in various locations. Last year, the Gumball Rally participants, including celebrities like NBA star Dennis Rodman and Real Housewives of Orange County star Gretchen Rossi stopped by Palm Beach International Raceway on the way to Miami.

PBIR road course to install soft walls |

In an effort to increase safety Palm Beach International Raceway has purchased more than 1,000 feet of soft walls to line the existing road course walls. The walls are primarily for the safety at the motorcycle events hosted on PBIR’s two-mile, 11-turn road course.

N.A.S.A. comes to PBIR this weekend with stellar car count |

The Florida Region of the National Auto Sport Association (N.A.S.A.) is gearing up for busy weekend of racing this Saturday and Sunday at Palm Beach International Raceway. With well over 100 cars set to take the track this weekend, the road course PBIR is sure to be a busy place.
N.A.S.A. offers a class for every level of racer, from beginning to expert. The lowest class is HDPE (High Performance Driving Event) 1. There are four levels of HDPE classes, with one being the beginners and four being the highly advanced group of drivers.

Florida RoadRacing Series to visit PBIR for the first time |

The Florida RoadRacing Series (FRS), a motorcycle racing series based in Florida, will be taking to the two-mile, 11-turn road course on site at Palm Beach International Raceway on April 17 and 18.
The FRS is a brand new competitive motorcycle racing series based in Florida. The founders of FRS, Steve and Kelly Pope, have been working in the motorcycle racing industry for more than 10 years.
