Roderick Earns PBIR Menards Pole presented by Ansell for the Tire Kingdom 150 presented by ModSpace |

ARCA Racing Series rookie Casey Roderick turned the fastest lap during Menards Pole Qualifying presented by Ansell, earning the pole position for Saturday's Tire Kingdom 150 presented by ModSpace at Palm Beach International Raceway (PBIR) in a Bill Elliott-owned Dodge.
Roderick, the 17-year-old Bill Elliott Racing Development Driver from Lawrenceville, GA, toured the 2.034-mile, 11-turn PBIR road course at a speed of 93.325 mph, earning his first career Menards Pole award in only his second ARCA Racing Series start.

The V8 StockCar Road Racing Series is excited to be a part of the first professional road racing event at the all new Palm Beach International Raceway. Partnering with ARCA and PBIR, the V8 Series will bring high horsepower stock cars and GT's to test the world class facility in two thirty minute sprint races on Friday and Saturday February 26 and 27.

Palm Beach International Raceway welcomes Targa Sixty-Six to the two mile, 11 turn road course this weekend.
Targa Sixty-Six was started in 1991 by Brian Redman for owners of vintage and modern high performance and collector cars that do not necessarily wish to race them, but who like to drive at speed under controlled conditions, in the company of others with like interests.

Three Palm Beach Driving Club members – Peter Collins, Mitch Pagery and Richard Zahn – and the Club Pro Shane Lewis will take the green flag on Saturday, January 30 for one of the most prestigious motorsports events in the country, the Rolex 24 at Daytona.
The grueling road course race kicks off Saturday afternoon and consists of 24 hours of racing in two different classes, Daytona Prototype (DP) and Grand Touring (GT). There are 15 DP entries and 30 GT entries.

The 19th Annual Palm Beach Cavallino Classic will be presented in Palm Beach, Florida at The Breakers Resort Hotel, on January 19 to 24, 2010. This extraordinary gathering is a six day convention for Ferrari owners and enthusiasts, with participants and their 400 Ferraris attending from the U.S. and Europe.
Benefiting from the Palm Beach Cavallino Classic are several important charites: The Children's Wish Foundation, the Boys and GIrls Club and the American Council of the Blind Scholarship fund.

The Championship Cup Series of Florida will be at the Palm Beach International Raceway this weekend. Also included in this event will be the United States Grand Prix Racers Union (USGPRU) National Final. Champions will be crowned in four classes, with competitors coming from throughout the US and Canada. A large field totaling more then 500 entries is expected.

Tuaty Leira Motorsports BMW which proudly represents the Palm Beach Driving Club at PBIR has won all 3 races this weekend at Sebring Raceway.
David Tuaty at the helm of the teams BMW 325 started the 1.5 hour enduro from the second place starting position and had a race long battle with the pole sitting BMW 328 of Irish Mike’s Racing. “It was a lot of fun battling with long time friend Irish Mike; for most of the race there were only a few inches between our bumpers.” Tuaty said.

Juan Carlos Osorio of Weston, Florida leads the Amateur Overall points race, while Brad Graham from Port Orange, Florida is the top ranked rider in the Expert Overall Championship. The SpeedSource team returned to the historic Watkins Glen International track to run a 2-hour sprint race on the short course. With only 4 races remaining in the season, the #70 SpeedSource Castrol Syntec Mazda RX-8 looked to gain valuable points in the GT Class Championship alongside team car #69 SpeedSource FXDD Mazda RX-8. The shortened race format demanded absolute perfection and concentration from all competitors as heavy race traffic and shortened pit windows complicated the normal racing procedures that crews were used to.

FARA Homestead Miami Speedway - Enrique started the teams BMW MP-3 Class car up front thanks to a second place starting spot by team principal David Tuaty. That gave Enrique a good vantage point to take on the Hondas and Mazda RX8.
This was Enrique's first race with the team. "The car was great, so good to drive, really a pleasure to go fast in it" Enrique said.
David Tuaty and Enrique Gelpi Jr. are looking forward to Sundays 30 minute shootout and the 45 minute final race.

EDMONTON, Alberta - - Palm Beach International Raceway's Richard Philippe stood upon the podium Saturday after a runner-up finish in the Firestone Indy Lights Grand Prix of Edmonton race.
The rookie driver started on the front row for the first time in his career after earning the outside pole. Piloting the No. 37 Dallara, Philippe maintained his position for the 40-lap race. After multiple attempts to over take the race leader, Philippe tied his season high with the second place finish.

The Championship Cup Series of Florida will be at the Palm Beach International Raceway this weekend. Saturday night "under the lights" will feature Expert GTO and GTU races along with qualifying for the Unlimited GP "Shoot-Out". Sunday's schedule features 17 races for Expert and Amateur competitors. Brad Graham of Port Orange, Florida leads the Overall Expert Points Championship.

JUPITER, Fla. - - Team PBIR drivers of the No. 35 and No. 37 Firestone Indy Lights cars had top-five finishes at this weekend's Corning 100 at Watkins Glen International Raceway.
Charlie Kimball, driving the No. 35 Team PBIR Dallara, started a season high of sixth on the grid for the 30-lap event. Kimball maintained his lap position after the race start and on Lap 8 the caution flag was thrown moving him to fifth. The driver of the No. 35 car maintained his position and turned his fastest lap on

WATKINS GLEN, N.Y. - - Drivers for Team PBIR today qualified at Watkins Glen International Raceway for Saturday's Corning 100.

NEWTON, Iowa (June 22, 2009) - - Team PBIR driver of the No. 35 Firestone Indy Lights car, Charlie Kimball started eighth and finished seventh in Sunday's Miller Lite 100 at Iowa Speedway.
Kimball climbed in his race car for Practice 1. Having never raced at Iowa Speedway, Kimball took some time to acclimate to the 7/8-mile track. Once comfortable, he found the car was fast and finished fourth in practice.
